- Helps maintain consistent product quality across batches, positively affecting the appearance of pre-painted coated steel
SHINE/GLOSS Measurement by Gloss Meter
Steps:
- Calibrate the equipment first (Calibration plate inside the bottom cover)
- Separate the bottom socket once calibration is complete
- Place the equipment on the painted surface and press the button to measure the shine
- Check the reading displayed on the screen

Coating Thickness Measurement by Coating DFT Meter
Steps:
- Calibrate the equipment using a calibration plate and a film of standard thickness
- Separate the top sheet from the bundle while measuring the coating thickness
- Once the machine is calibrated, use the probe, firmly place it on the coated surface, measure the thickness at 3-5 places, and take the average reading
- The machine can measure the total coating

Overall Sheet Thickness Measurement by Micrometer
Steps:
- Separate the roof sheet from the bundle to measure the thickness
- Measure the thickness at the center of the roof sheet at multiple places and record the readings
- Average the readings to determine the overall thickness

- To measure the accurate dimensions (as committed) which ensures simplification of installation, reduced labour costs and enhanced leak-proof performance.
Profile Shape Dimension Measurements - Measuring Tape
Steps:
- Separate the roof sheet from the bundle to measure the profile dimensions (length, width, rib height, pitch, etc.) as mentioned
