- The contest is valid only in India.
- The following details are required for submitting entries:
- Dealer Name
- Dealer Shop Name
- City
- State
- Mobile number
- Distributor name
- The contest period is from 15th August 2025 to 18th August 2025.
- The last date for submitting photographs along with the required details is18th August 2025.
- Winners will be announced on or before 20th September 2025.
- Gifts will be disbursed by 20th September 2025.
- Participants ( copyright holders ) grant the exclusive use of submitted photographs thereby surrendering all their Intellectual right over that entry. The copyright holders represent and warrant that submission of the entries does not breach any law, and further that no third party can hold any claims or any objections .
- Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt. Limited reserves the right to use the submitted photographs for any print, digital, or promotional media.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt. Limited does not provide any guarantee or warranty for the gifts/awards.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt. Limited reserves the right to modify or withdraw the contest at any time.
- Any claims related to the contest will not be entertained by Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt. Limited or any of its distributors.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt. Limited will be final and binding.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt. Limited promotes safety during celebrations and while taking photographs.
- Publicly available photographs will not be accepted as contest entries.
- Participation in the contest requires the collection of your name and email address. By entering this contest, you are consenting to the use of your name and email address for further communications regarding this contest.
- All participants hold the Sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and volunteers (Indemnified Parties) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising in connection with participation in the contest and acceptance or use of a prize.
