Zero Harm to plant, people and environment is our ultimate focus and is an important driver for continuous improvement in health and safety performance, across Tata BlueScope Steel. Zero Harm is the core belief for all our Safety Management Systems. Our Health and Safety Policy is the foundation for driving safety consciousness within the Company and amongst all our stakeholders. A robust management system framework and a sound safety governance structure drive this policy. To achieve our corporate objective of ‘Zero Harm’, six long-term safety strategies have been prioritised and are being implemented through Central Safety Committees across organisation. The progress is monitored and reviewed at different levels.
